Dr. Marilyn Dillon serves as the Mobility Management Administrator and ADA Coordinator for EMBARK. Dr. Dillon holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Management, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science, and she is certified in Lean Six Sigma. A recognized leader in mobility and accessibility, she serves on multiple boards and committees and has earned honors including Transit Professional of the Year (2021), Community Champion Award (2022), WTS Woman of the Year (2023), and The Journal Record’s Woman of the Year (2024).
