Larry Hopper is a semi-retired urban planner and one of only two Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICPs) in Oklahoma, with a 40-year career that includes leading major city planning and transit initiatives in Oklahoma City. As a Red River Community Corps board member, he leverages his extensive network to strengthen community partnerships. Larry enjoys working on vintage Triumph sports cars, attending OU sports events and staying actively involved in local organizations.
