Olivia Hook serves as the Statewide Mobility Management Director at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Joining the board in 2025, she brings expertise in grant management, transportation and community engagement to help align programs and strengthen local support systems. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys volunteering at an equine therapy ranch, painting with acrylics and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
